Straight answers
Are you waterproofing contractors or a waterproofing company?
Both, and neither in the usual sense. Top Torch is two licensed waterproofers who own the company and do every job personally. No estimators, no crews, no subcontractors. You get a contractor's paperwork and a tradesman's hands on the same job.
Do you do bathroom and shower waterproofing?
No. Internal wet areas are a different trade with different products. We specialise in exterior and below-ground torch-on membrane work: roofs, balconies, podiums, planters, basements and retaining walls. If your job is a bathroom, we'll happily tell you so on the phone.
How do I get a quote?
Call 0427 207 670 or send photos through the contact page. We inspect, photograph what we find and send a fixed, itemised quote, usually within 48 hours of the inspection. Quotes are free across Sydney.
Can't afford for it to leak twice?
Call the blokes whose names are on the patch. Straight answers, a fixed quote and a warranty that means something.
