Waterproofing in Inner West

Parapets and box gutters are the Inner West's signature leaks. A parapet takes weather from both faces and moves with the building, and a box gutter is a river running through the middle of your roof. Both fail exactly where sealant-and-hope repairs go to die. We membrane them properly: torch-welded bitumen turned through the details, capped and terminated so the whole assembly sheds water as one system.
